§1 Scope of Application and Definitions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (Section 13 of the German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is formed with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation for the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is placed via our online shop, the following applies:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
- Selection of the desired product
- Confirmation by clicking the “Add to cart” button
- Review of the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Checkout” button
- Entering contact details as well as shipping and payment options
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Buy now” button
- Before submitting the order, the consumer may review and correct their details using the “Back” button of the internet browser used, or cancel the ordering process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“Order confirmation”). This constitutes acceptance of the offer.

For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any applicable shipping costs are charged additionally.
(2) The consumer may choose from the following payment methods: advance payment, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa).
(3) If advance payment is selected, the consumer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment immediately. Delivery will be made no later than within 14 business days.
For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the transferring bank; for all other payment methods, on the day following contract conclusion. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold product passes to the buyer only upon handover of the product, even in the case of shipment.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
