Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
If your order qualified for free shipping, this simply means that we did not charge you for shipping. If you return the item under our right of withdrawal, the shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
- Total order amount: $36
- Shipping costs incurred by us: $5
- Refund after return: $31
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at enmakommerce@hotmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. Once the returned item has been received, the voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders from other countries. Any returns outside the EU are accepted solely as a voluntary gesture of goodwill and require our prior approval.
